X299 FTW K - CFG Lock / Above 4G Decoding

Hi EVGA,
 
thank you for making great products and your continue support for your customers! I'd like to use this thread to ask for an option in BIOS (or a modified BIOS version) that includes CFG Lock disabled (to manage MSR 0xE2 bit) and Above 4G Decoding enabled. 
 
These options are usually found in other vendor motherboards, and it'd be great to expose them here as well, or have a modified BIOS, or instructions to accomplish this.
