Hi,

I'm trying to get the E-LEET X software to work but it crashes when I open it with:
Faulting application name: ELeetX_x64.exe, version: 1.0.5.0, time stamp: 0x5be547d0
Faulting module name: ELeetX_x64.exe, version: 1.0.5.0, time stamp: 0x5be547d0
Exception code: 0xc0000409
Fault offset: 0x00000000001ee170
Faulting process ID: 0x39d4
Faulting application start time: 0x01d5c1c377a5b80a
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\ELeetX\ELeetX_x64.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\ELeetX\ELeetX_x64.exe
Report ID: f5e7687a-c46b-46b2-814f-e25d4a0a5cb5

I've attached an excerpt of ELeetX_Report.txt to the end of this post I found in the application path that seems to suggest the crash occurs when probing Hardware Monitor Registers or there after. I'm on Windows 10 x64 1909 with a i9-10980Xe if that's any help. Other users have also reported this issue but had no reply so I thought I'd try in this forum since it seems specific to this motherboard.

Please could someone advise? Should I make a support request direct with EVGA?

Many Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you can Contact EVGA Customer Service about it.

But maybe uninstall v1.0.5 and try an older version and see how it rolls..There's v1.0.2 for an X299 on the EVGA EU site if you change your EVGA homepage to 'HOME (Europe)' at the top-right of the page, or it's here..Or, try the version that came on your motherboard Driver CD.

Seeing if an older version works or not would probably be helpful to mention if you contact EVGA about it.

Thanks for your input. I tried all the older versions and they pop up with an error saying the board isn't supported. I also tried version 1.0.6 but that has the same crash issue.

I'll contact EVGA directly. Cheers for the link.
