What adjustments can I make to get Memory Copy more in line, i.e close to the same as, Memory Read, and Memory Write?

Copy is always going to be a bit lower than read and write, your timings look good.

Having 2 x Dual Rank DIMMs or 4 x Single Rank DIMMs can improve memory copy speeds.
