Over the past 4 months my EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition GAMING has become more and more erratic and locking up my PC when stressed with 3D tasks such as Gaming, 3D Studio Max and Maya workloads.
My Setup -
ASUS PRIME Z370 P
INTEL i7 8700K
32GB G.SKILL DDR4 3200 RAM
CORSAIR TX850M
I have tried the graphics card in another computer and it does the same thing when stressed with 3D workloads. It seems the card just stops responding and locks up altogether.
I have a support ticket open to request an RMA - but haven't heard back from anyone. I have never had to send back an EVGA card before but I have heard positive things about the level of support the end user usually recieves.
I have created an EVGA account and uploaded my invoice and registered the product. It's 635 days within warranty still.
My question is how long should I expect to wait for a response?
