GTX 1060 3G never exceeds 1506 Mhz

Help, I've been checking my GTX 1060 and no matter what game I play the speed of the GPU doesn't go over 1506 Mhz, the model of the card is 03G-P4-6160-RX, the specification mentions that the boost speed is 1708 MHz, but I've never seen it work at that speed with EVGA Precision XOC and msi afterburner, I don't know if I have to activate the "turbo" mode or in automatic.

    It should automatically boost past 1506. Have you tried reinstalling your drivers after cleaning out your old ones with ddu?

    I have reinstalled the drivers, even installing again windows 10 and differents version drivers always the same result, I guess there is something wrong with the card.
