Hello all! Spent several months saving for this new EVGA DG-86 Case and finally ordered one from the EVGA eBay store. After opening it up finally this weekend I noticed that this case is used. It had several layers of dust inside many places and the rear panel has marks on it like it has rubbed the packing foam too hard. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to hardware and take great care of my PC. That’s why I’m extremely disappointed to see I got a used/returned case sent to me. Unfortunately I bought it 4 months ago, and just now opened it up this weekend due to my wife having a serious illness over the past few months but I did video record the case (with date) before I opened it up to show evga I just now opened it.
My question is this: would many of you just “deal with it” or send it back? It just don’t seem right to spend $220.00 on a new case, only to find out it’s not brand new, but then I will have to deal with sending it back, and waiting. Been a very loyal EVGA fan and have spent many, many thousands of dollars on EVGA hardware. Just looking for some advice I guess. Thank you for your time

I'd at least attempt to see if they can make it right. You have nothing to lose by explaining the matter & asking for a resolution...

Yo tengo problema con el osd de mi dg-86 y no encuentro repuesto en ningún lado, alguien que pueda ayudarme a encontrar el sistema de cable y placa osd de ese chasis, lo pago bien
