hello everyone I just had a few questions I just put a purely evga system with a hadron hydro water cooled with evga 240 clc and a stinger mobo and 1660 superc together. so as anyone would be i'm excited for this build and got finished and nothing not even a light on the mobo. so i took out the power supply got my handy tester and nothing it won't come on......so I in my infamant wizdom gave it a lil smack and sure enough it came on once then not then another tap and it's been on for a lil bit. obviously it's a cold solder joint or something like that. I am scared to put this into my system permanently and would like to rma it but is it just the power supply that gets returned or the whole case? i have modded the case to my liking so there is that..... and to be honest i'd buy a different power supply before i'd ever take everything back apart anyhow. to say the least I am very disappointed atm :(

    Important things to know/do.

    Returning Your Power Supply
Keep ALL accessories as you will ONLY be receiving a power supply in return. This includes, but is not limited to: Cables, Cable ties, Cable Bag, Posters, Stickers, Manuals, CDs, Games, T-shirts, Case Badges.

    Power Supply Warranty
If an RMA is necessary within 30 days of the original purchase date of a new in box Product, a new in box OEM replacement will be sent to the Original Purchaser in return, subject to availability.

Write your RMA number on the return package in order to ensure timely processing and prevent any delays.

You will pay shipping to EVGA and they will pay shipping back to you.

If you bought the PSU at a retailer, it may be better/faster/cheaper to return it to them..Check their return/replacement policies.

We can offer to simply replace the PSU only. We would not need the entire case. I will set up an RMA for this PSU on your account and send you a follow up email.
