    Many thing you might check / try
     
    1) Power flush, shut down PC & unplug Everything that is connected to the PC & an outlet (monitor, printer, USB hub ...) - then, press & hold power button on the PC for 20 seconds --- Now plug everything back in -- restart PC
     
    Not sure if you had Fast Startup turned off:
    ---> turn Windows 10 Fast Startup OFF, when upgrading drivers, firmware or hardware

    How-to Geek The Pros and Cons of Windows 10’s “Fast Startup” Mode
     
    2) How Do I Troubleshoot Precision X1 Issues?

    Latest MCU ?  Which Version of X1 did you install ?
     
    You can force it back to the MCU in the FAQ ?
     
    Does the Card work Correctly with X1 uninstalled ?

    The download was the "Standalone" version or the "Steam" version  ?
