But the real question is is this now an hardware issue and the GPU or also other parts causing this fault?
Take your card to a local pc shop to have it tested. If the card causes the same issue in their pc the card is the problem.
+1.... unfortunately this is the easiest, fastest way to tell you if the card has a issue or if its just your setup feeling its a age a bit and needs a little voltage or your using all auto bios settings and its finally showing the instability etc... I know it stinks to hear if you dont have another PC, but evga is going to ask and want to know the result also, none of us want you to have to spend money on a rma for a card you might find out is just fine.

Hi Sajin and the other members of this wonderful forum,
My problem is being fixed. You can't believe it what was the problem....
What did I solve this?
- As you know I'm had continuously the problem that the EventCode 4101 was poping, even with an AMD card, I get strange the same error but then about AMD drivers is corrupt;
Errorcode with an AMD card:
EventID 4101: Amdkmdap Event ID 4101 driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered
- While I had this issue even with a backup old AMD card (R9 390x), it was strange for me that also a backup card in the box that I was not using for years showing the same error in the same system? Hmmmmm, It keeps me thinking and what I did is bought a new Powersupply from EVGA (SuperNova1000G+) and a second-hand motherboard of EVGA EVGA Z87 FTW LGA - 141-HW-E877-KR before the new year.
- Finally, I changed everything (Motherboard and the Powersupply), and all the problem what I had went gone.
- Yes, I did testing by a friend of mine and there it was also showing the same behaviors. But still (fingers crossed) it's NOT showing weird artifacts after the systems reboot, also no crashes.
I'm still thinking about the board that I had was not good...
I canceled my RMA for this card and still running flawlessly without a hassle.
By this, I'm must say that I really appreciated the community around EVGA. This brand I will use it forever. Also credits for the great Technical Support Line in Germany.
What I really dig is the warranty services to provide, for example, the EVGA 1080TI I have bought a warranty for 10 years!
I'm closing this thread, and I hope this will also help other people having these strange behaviors. It looks like it was a card issue, but apparently this was a motherboard or a Powersupply issue. ( I must say when I was changing the board for the new one while connecting to the old PSU the problems where gone, definitely, I can say this was a motherboard issue.) So what im trying to say is if you (other people) having this issue, it's not always the card problem. As you can see in my experience.
Youtube clip - crashes eventid 4101 after a normal restart;
