Is there a "Read Me'' how to set up the Precision X1 to be able to see my Temps and such in and on game screen?

No, there isn't.

You just go to the HWM screen..The numbers on the top represent your CPU's physical cores (8 in this example).

When you click on the numbers, it opens a dropdown where you can click on items to add (or remove) them to the graphs below..#1 has all the things, the other numbers are that particular CPU core temp.

After your item is added to the graphs, scroll down to find it where you can click to enable (or disable) that item to show on-screen (OSD), or in a keyboard LCD display (KB LCD) or in the System Tray (TRAY) to the right of the Taskbar near the Clock.

You can move the OSD wherever you want it in the Settings (SETUP button, top-right of PX1) then scroll left or right using the Arrow buttons until you find the OSD position..Double click on the X/Y coordinates, then type in a number, then press Enter, then Apply..You can change X/Y coordinates on-the-fly, meaning you don't have to exit your game, just minimize it (Alt + Tab), then change the position.
