F4-3200C14Q-64GFX
3200 CL14 and QVL for Evga X299 Dark (Skylake-X)
That's pretty old and probably expensive kit.
Sometimes 64GB kit cost more then two 32GB.
If someone plan to use computer for gaming should pay max 250-300$ for memory.
There is a newer 32GB kits B-Die Samsung 3200MHz 4x8GB with RGB or without RGB for not so big money.
F4-3200C14Q-64GVK is probably good, but in Europe cost 520 euro it's QVL.
That's Ripjaws V launched later.
Not worth to pay so much for memory.
GSkill Trident Z RGB F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR 32GB cost 200 euro but with higher latency.
If you can't find QVL then best option is similar kit. If QVL is 64GB, you buy same numbers only 32GB even if no on list of compatible.
14-14-14 3200MHz is some ideal spot for X299.
For some people that's expensive, and they could look for C15-C16, maybe OC success. decreasing timmings.
CORSAIR have nice Dominator Platinum RGB, I hear Samsung B-Die modules. You can disable RGB if you want.
But' it's shame that you can buy 64GB 14-14-14 Ripjaws V for 32GB Dominator Platinum RGB. Actually Dominator cost more.

Imagine in one computer EVGA X299 Dark, KINGPIN, Lian Li case, Heatkiller watercooling parts, Filco or WASD or Deck keyboards, Dominator memory and in other Strix motherboard, some GIGABYTE RGB GPU, Shine case with a lot of fans, AIO system, CM or Thermaltake case... 2/3 of people will choose worse option because 50$ total value of RGB inside. I give you warranty.
