Use UAC Pass as suggested by Sajin..Or..Set UAC to Never notify..Or..Just let it continue to pester the the ever lovin' life (not for lack of a better word, it's just not allowed) out of you.
UAC Pass is a nice little tool that works well.
By the way, it's not just Flow Control that prompts the UAC permission, many many other programs do that too.
