Looks bran new still with all that plastic on the screens. Check the oled connection to the board, and rip that plastic! Then keep it cool and push it to its limits.

The OLED on the shroud plugs into a connection on the pcb, there is no way to turn it off so if thats a brand new card then its either defective or the connection is messed up where it plugs in.  You might try to reflash the firmware though and see if that helps. Download PX1 software from EVGA  https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/     , then install and open it, when open down in the lower right corner click the circle by the version number, when that window opens click where it says update, then a different window will open with firmware versions, choose the E200-FA42 file, thats the newest firmware for the Kingpin Card. Disable any anti-virus before doing it though. If thats doesnt do it i would say an RMA is in the future.

it is a new card. i try update precision x1 already, did not help for it

I would say its defective then and time for an RMA, if you open it up yourself and the connection is messed up then they could say you caused the issue, if you send it in and the factory seal that covers one of the screws is still in tact then thy will know its an issue from the get go and nothing you did.

Got click the option, the oled look like some aspect plugin is missed. I try to wait the reply from evga customer service.
