im use 400-HY-5598-B1(Evga Hybrid kit).
 
i want connect pump power cable to Corsair Commander pro.
it is 1A per pwm channel.
 
400-HY-5598-B1 is how many Ampere ?
 
can i connect this cable?

    It's a standard AIO pump from Asetek. Using it on a 1 amp header is perfectly fine.  Of course if you need an exact to the milliamp answer, email evga

    When connected to a graphics card, does it function as a full rpm regardless of the speed of the cooler that is connected with it?

    When connected to a graphics card, does it function as a full rpm regardless of the speed of the cooler that is connected with it?

    It is designed to be run at a single speed. It runs at the same speed, 100% regardless of what the cooler fan is doing. I could not tell you if they have wired the PWM for the pump or if it will just run a single speed unless you use DC control.

    That's it. They have not wired PWM to the pump. The pump gets the +12v and ground, but does not get a PWM signal, so it runs at full speed. The only way to adjust its speed is to use DC control to lower the +12v down to a range between +7v and +12v.

    Correct. It is not wired for the pump power splitter for the AIO. However I am pretty sure the pump itself IS wired for PWM and you can use PWM control. It is not used on the GPU as it is wired for +12 only.
