    Buy this card...
    https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=06G-P4-1163-KR

or this is even better... I would go on GTX1660Ti 6GB SINGLE FAN.
    https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=06G-P4-1263-KR

    Power supply is enough 750W
    https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=220-G3-0750-X1

Motherboard I would go on Mini ITX. H370 Stinger example and very small Mini ITX PC case.
We can debate here more about Mini ITX case worth 80-120$.

If she wants to be using professional photoshop editing she needs a professional monitor with better color reproduction. In addition photoshop editing takes up a lot of memory so look into 64GB of memory and if possible beef up the graphics card. You'll need a video card with more than 3GB of memory. Maybe look for a GTX 1070 in the EVGA B-stock if you don't mind a 1 year warranty. That video card has 8GB of memory which is preferred.

I think she it's OK with hardware he say.
OK better CPU, better GPU, more memory is always recommended but his list is in category of expensive and very good PC.
    32GB kit is fine...
CPU with HT is better but cost more.
HD resolution is still standard in most homes.
4K will neeed 3-4 years more to replace 1080p.... God I can't even to think, I no money to replace HD monitor, Jesus.
    Always is hardware more important.
I believe his wife would like Hadron more then other standard cases.

EVGA Hadron is good option as well except if he want ATX Case standard, inside is 500W PSU enough for graphic card he planned.
He can use Mini ITX board, EVGA GPU with single fan.. That could be GTX1660 220$ to EVGA RTX2060 worth 330$ with single fan as well.
Only to ask EVGA is it Hadron compatible with 2.75 slot GPU.

I disagree. Photoshop use takes a lot of system memory. It is prudent that your video card and internal memory have as much memory as possible (within your budget)

Maybe for professional work, for normal home user his list is fine.
Only will need little more time to finish work and that's it.

I agree with RJ that you should get a beefier GPU with more VRAM as well as more system RAM of at least 32 GBs.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

Thank you guys for all your inputs.

Taking into consideration what you have said and this nice "article" I came up this new list:
Article: [I'm not able to post the link]
    • AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler
    • MSI MPG X570 Gaming PRO Carbon WiFi Motherboard (AMD AM4, DDR4, PCIe 4.0, SATA 6Gb/s, M.2, USB 3.2 Gen 2, AX Wi-Fi 6, HDMI, ATX)
    • EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC GAMING, 03G-P4-6162-KR, 3GB GDDR5, ACX 2.0 (Single Fan)
    • VENGEANCE LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit – White
    • Samsung 970 EVO Plus Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V7S250B/AM)
    • Samsung SSD 860 EVO 2TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E2T0B/AM)
    • Corsair 110R Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case
    • EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G5, 80 Plus Gold 850W, Fully Modular, Eco Mode with FDB Fan, 10 Year Warranty, Includes Power ON Self Tester, Compact 150mm Size, Power Supply 220-G5-0850-X1
I moved to Ryzen since it is taking the lead for a better price and according to the article it is way better than Core i7 processors, and since I moved to AMD I just pick this MSI motherboard - just because it is bundle with the Ryzen at Amazon. This is also good since I totally agree with rjohnson11 regarding the 64GB memory. I will stay with 32GB but it is nice to have room to move to 64GB when needed.

To save some money I changed the cabinet to a Corsair 110R - U$ 70 cheaper - and also removed the water cooler - extra U$ 59.99. For now I will trust on AMD own cooler but I will probably get a water cooler at the end.

Two things I'm still looking for: the GPU and a new monitor.
I will follow rjohnson11 opinion about the GPU and I'll look for the cheapest 8GB card.

Regarding the monitor the  is looking as a great and affordable monitor. It is 4K, HDR and is calibrated at 99.9% sRGB.

    Thanks again,
    Mark Costa

There is a nice story behind this but long story short, one year ago we end up buying those generic HP computer kit at Costco. It was handy at that time but as you can imagine it is pretty bad.

    Indeed, i was just curious.
Have any idea what the current specs are?
As depending on the hardware you could still use your current machine perhaps as a secondary machine as a backup.
I mean if you said the machine is only a year old now I am a bit curious.

Not only that but they also have good deals on motherboards too, why do you think i have the ASUS Prime X570 Pro for?
I would not own this motherboard if it were not for the deal i got on it :D
