I actually just bought a used EVGS 960 FTW 4gb off ebay for $50 and I'm returning the 1660ti I bought and flipped the 1060 3gb I won on ebay. Seems crazy but I had a GTX 670 2gb which I sold for $40 when I got the 1060 so I am essentially sidegrading my previous GPU for almost no cost difference and foregoing the pascal/turing cards. I don't play very many new games, Witcher 3 is the most demanding and the GTX 670 handled that just fine at high/ultra 30fps. Ultra everything hairworks on 60fps on the 1660ti was not  anymore enjoyable, if anything the cut scene animations felt like the soap opera box effect on 120hz TV's that have that stupid frame interpolation feature.I will bank the money saved for the 7nm Nvidia cards that may have usable RTX, until then the extra FPS and eye candy just isn't worth hundreds of dollars to me..
