Hey guys , i stay in india and there's a second hand shop here . Where they were selling EVGA geforce 1080 Graphic card . Please can someone help me out whether i should buy or no

    Wouldn't buy it as it's most likely out of warranty at this point.

    The warranty status would be important to know as would knowing if the place would take it back if it doesn't work. Then it would come down to the price they want vs. the price for a new card. Normally the full warranty of a new card is worth spending the little bit extra for.

    Yeah, don't take a chance if you can't return it or get any warranty off it.

    Second hand is always a gamble ....

    If you have the serial number you can send it to support@evga.com and we can let you know if the product is still under warranty.

    Second hand is only choice for some people with these prices.
    NVIDIA launch RTX2080 Super for lower price only because didn't had other choice.
    I bought second hand GTX1080Ti but with huge warranty, I had 2/3 of warranty. I didn't had other options.
    Now I would play on old GTX780Ti or RX 5700 XT. 
     
    In my country EVGA GTX1080Ti FTW is available now for 450 euro.
    People were extremely satisfied with EVGA Pascal series because I notice that 2/3 of people who had chance bought EVGA GeForce.
    Significant number of Hybrid models special 980Ti and GTX1080.

    you really have to decide if your willing to gamble on your money. i love my 1080, best purchase i have made on a gpu.  But i bought new knowing Evga had my back for 3 years. Used is a crap shoot.

    How much is it?
    What is your budget?
    What other options do you have?
     
    The RTX 2060 is pretty much the same performance as the GTX 1080 and the RTX 2060 Super is just a little bit faster... The RX 5700 XT and non-XT are also great options for this level of performance.
