I sent a collateral payment of €500 for the EAR which has been refunded and now Paypal has a negative balance of £20.

Given that this is the 2nd RMA replacement due to the first via standard RMA being faulty, losing money and wasting much time: I am quite annoyed now.

Hello Panmaster! Most likely, the amount refunded to you was affected by exchange rates between from when you submitted the collateral and when it was refunded. I will notify our EU team to look into this further for you.
