GTX 1080 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 died any hope for out of warranty replacment?

So my card just died ,I bought it at the end of August of 2016 so needless to say the warranty has expired a little over a month ago. I had a few minor issues with this card before but they all seemed to be resolved when I changed the PSU. Apparently that was not the case and now I am stuck with a dead card. I contacted CS but was hoping you guys can help me out with similar cases . Does EVGA do out of warranty replacments? How much will it cost?
