Computer stops at POST code 4 on booting Z390 Dark.  Manual says it means "South Bridge initialization before microcode loading".  How do I fix this? System specs are in signature below.

Mobo...EVGA Z390 Dark    CPU...I9 9900K . GPU...EVGA GTX 2080 Ti .  RAM...Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB 3200MHz    SSD...Samsung V-NAND SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2 2x2TB

    Is this a New build or a new issue with an existing PC ?
     
    Have you tried the second BIOS ?  (maybe there is a corruption of first BIOS ?)

    Disconnect all usb devices except the keyboard & mouse. See if that helps you boot up.

    I built it about 6 months ago.  Was running fine until this problem.  i'll try both suggestions.

    BIOS update did the trick.  Very convenient that the mobo has a new BIOS at the flip of a switch on the motherboard.  What I realized though is that each BIOS has to be updated individually.

    So recheck and make sure that both BIOs are updated and the numbers on each BIOs match.
