Hello,
I am in process of my 1st and hopefully last time RMAing something. Today I got mail from EVGA that my invoice had few errors such as :
Invoice submitted is illegible.
Purchase location, Name, and/or Date of purchase does not match registration.
Part number on invoice does not match RMA request.
Price is not shown. (Required for Step-up approval)
Invalid, incorrect or modified invoice
Only thing I can think off is the date is off by less then 5 days as when I got the GPU and registered it I didnt have invoice in my hands. Could that be reason for the invoice fail?
