I have a Z390FTW that is working with Bios 1.08 with an Samsung Evo M.2 drive in slot 1.  I added an Intel 9650NGW E-key card to have Bluetooth and wireless.  The card appears in device manager without error.  I updated the drivers using intel driver support assist; however, neither the Bluetooth nor WiFi appear to be broadcasting.  I cannot pair devices, because the PC never shows up to connect.  I cannot see the WiFi network, as if it is turned off.  Yes, the network is up and running, and WiFi and Bluetooth are toggled on in Windows 10.  I also checked and all three M.2 slots are enabled in bios.  Is there some other setting in Bios or in Windows 10 or switch on the motherboard that I need to toggle to enable use of Network on the E-Key card?  Is there a conflict between my boot drive and my 9650NGW?  Please provide suggestions.

If I use a USB Bluetooth 4 Insignia adapter I can connect Bluetooth devices to the PC, but I would like to use Bluetooth 5.

If you don't have an antenna installed, purchase  an Intel CNVI WiFi Upgrade Kit. It's probably just not getting a signal.

Excellent advice.  I bought a pair of internal antennas, the 1.5 mm female MHF4 variety.  Works like a charm.  Thank you!

Glad you got it working with just the addition of antennas
