New Z10 RGB, Precision X1 not showing up in lcd window?

 I have all the hardware checked in X1 and (OSD) turned on in Unleash...but I get nothing.
 
 Also it seems that Unleash resets the (OSD) setting every time I reboot my pc?? What is that all about?
 
any ideas??

    In the end, i had to reinstall windows to make the lcd work but first, make sure that precision is enabled in Unleash, there is a specific checkbox for that in LCD Settings.
    Also you can try to do a clean uninstall of both, unleash and precision then reinstall.   
     
    Also, it is no longer working with AIDA64, they need the z10 rgb sdk before they can fix it.

    Oh good lord, I just built a new PC and just got it running the way I want, no way I am reinstalling windows for this...
     
    I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but NO WAY should it be this difficult to get something this simple to work.

    Could open a support ticket, and try revo uninstaller.

     Yeah I guess, but it just seems like such a simple thing to be so bugged as it is, I mean Logitech worked this out 10 years ago....

    Well reinstalling the software, even with a newer version, (because apparently the "check updates" part of this POS software doesn't work either) didn't work....
     
     I'm just gonna call it a loss, this is ridiculous wasting time on something that should NEVER be this difficult.

    Sorry to hear that, if you still have the patience i'm sure an evga tech can be helpful if you open a support ticket.

    Just got my new Z10 rgb and I'm completely disappointed.  The only way to change colors is by using the presets which are very limited.  The LCD screen is pretty much useless since it will not display anything other than the time.  The Unleash software is useless.  I'm stuck with looking at either red backlights or a variety of rainbow effects.  One would think that you could at least pick what color backlight you want your rgb keyboard to have.  Seriously considering returning this kb.  I definitely would not have bought it if i had know nothing worked.  Exhaustive searches have turned up nothing to help.  Huge evga fan but this thing is pretty much a turd.

    Try Aida64, good support for the Z10 rgb LCD Display, more flexible than Precision X1.
