I'm trying to start folding again. I've done this quite a bit in the past, but tend to stop over the summer. I just moved a machine to my basement and have it only connected to power and network. I remote desktopped in and am attempting to start the FAHClient and FAHControl but nothing happens (except I see console that says "Reading GPUs.txt".  Is this because I have discrete GPU and possibly and integrated GPU and nothing plugged in? I believe I have integrated GPU disabled in BIOS. Any ideas on how to get back on my feet?

I was able to get it running again by reinstalling, but I had to choose the option to "Start Now" at the end. We'll see if it starts next time I reboot. I don't normally choose "Start Now" because i install with admin privilege but my normal run-as user doesn't have admin, and this can cause strangeness. I remember having this particular problem in the past with the installer. No idea why I had to reinstall to get it to work.

Are you using the Web Interface or Advanced Client Mode.
This is what I use and I copy the short cut form the Desktop and remove "Looking for Post" could not find it.

I remove the --open-web-control and do not use the web interface.
Easer to manage the CPU & CPU Slots and Settings, at least for me.

At the Bottom https://www.flickr.com/photos/48137161@N00/albums/72157634529707065/page2 you will see how I install the Folding Client Software.
I do not start automatically and set to Start Manually
    Just added this one

Did the client update to a newer version?
