Weird issue with an EVGA 850 BE

Hey ya'll. I'm posting here as I feel like this is the place I might be able to get an answer.

So after installing the PSU into my mini-itx case (Coolermaster Elite 130) it wouldn't boot. I did the PSU test by jumping the connection and it's the fan powered up so it's not a dead unit. Tried putting the PSU into the case again to see if it would boot up, it booted up once with a passed post bleep. After pushing the PSU all the way in screwing it in it stopped powering up so not sure if it's cause of the cables being cramped up or something wrong with a cable or something

I'm not sure so any advice would really help, thanks

    Yep sounds like a cable issue.

    So should I take it back to the PC store explain them to see if I should get it changed?

    I would just check the cables after pushing the PSU all the way in.

    I’ll try one more time it’s just very hard to check the cables in a mini-itx case.

    Just hope I don’t get the cables in working only for it to stop working down the line.
