I switched to linux where it picks up all 3 gpus.

Odd, I have never had an issue like this under Windows.

Storms passed, going to fire it up for over night. 
Going to be real hot again tomorrow, will turn it off again for a while till it cools off again.

Runing the Linux cuda 90 project nets less than a minute per work unit on 2080ti.  As low as 10 seconds.
Boinc woefully underestimates how many to download though.

I installed the cuda 10.1 update 2 direct from Nvidias servers.  It installed the 418 driver.  Supposedly if we change our app xml file from xx90 to xx101 it will shave off a few more seconds.

2 Rigs have some tasks that should last out till they are back up but my RTX Rig is still without work.

Current stats for team overtake-
Hungary 74 hours, Gridcoin 98 hours, USA 23 for overtake. Looks like we are good for at least 15th place, maybe higher.
I had no idea how many points I was gonna get with the newer client and application. Just a crazy amount of points for 3 1080ti and 2 2080ti. Good thing my folding was already done for the month.

Bcav, you need to finish all tasks, shutdown boinc and copy some the seti directory over the existing boinc projects directory. Then start boinc again and it should pick up the new cuda90/92 based app. Otherwise it keeps the old data in memory.
I rebooted between shutdown, copying files and starting back up.
Which linux distribution you running? Cuda version? Nvidia driver version?

I had that same problem. I had to complete and transfer all the tasks. Close out boinc, reboot computer, and then I extracted the file from the SETI message board overtop of the projects/seti directory. I rebooted again for good measure and it worked.
This is under ubuntu 18.04.3 lts with the ppa for current boinc, cuda 10 repo from nvidia with driver version 418 (there are instructions on the cuda 10.1 update 2 download page to add an nvidia repo and apt key.

Edit - to be clear, copying the files used the cuda90 app. You can adjust the app xml to point to cuda 92 or cuda101 for absolute performance. I simply kept the cuda90 one going as they said it's only a few seconds difference.
Further edit - boinc files are in /var/boinc I think.
Only root can see the subdirectories so I open up xterm and type sudo xterm to get a root terminal. Then you open the archive manager of your coice to extract the files. On Xubuntu it is thunar.

They are in /var/lib/boinc I believe.
