CPU clock per core

When setting the frequency mode of the processor for percores, the frequency of the 1st core always changes when any other core changes. Thus, it is possible to set any frequencies of other cores , but the 1st core will always be at its maximum value. And I just had to leave it at a lower value. So I can’t use this mode. BIOS 1.18.
