Before changing my CPU to i7-9700T (R0 stepping), my H370 Stinger PC can play 4K UHD BD properly.
But after changed the CPU, it can't play 4K UHD BD anymore.
PowerDVD 14 OEM says it has an error code 01003 - iGPU error.
Cyberlink Ultra-HD Advisor says Advanced Protected Audio/Video Path (GPU) error. (SGX/ME/GPU Decoding/HDCP 2.2 are all OK)

I can self-fix this question by changing back the CPU to i5-8400T (U0 stepping).
But I don't want to continue using i5-8400T on H370 Stinger because it doesn't have TXT technology to enable motherboard's TPM 2.0 module.

I tried both BIOS 1.06 and 1.07 the results are same.

(Updated on Sep 02, 2019)
I bought an i5-9600K SRG11 (R0 stepping) and it had the same problem either.
So I believe that this is a general issue of all R0 stepping CPUs.

I asked Intel support but they finally asked me to find motherboard manufacturer for further support.
So I continue this thread for EVGA side's help.

    (Edit)
I move the i7-9700T from EVGA H370 Stinger to Gigabyte GA-IMB310TN (it can play 4K UHD BD properly with i5-8400T).
Same problem happens - 01003 error & Advanced Protected Audio/Video Path NG.

Here is a conclusion of my tests:

    [4K UHD BD playable]

    EVGA H370 Stinger + 8700 / 8400T
    GIGABYTE GA-IMB310TN + 8350K / 8400T
    GIGABYTE Z370N-WIFI + 8400 / 8700
    GIGABYTE Z390 I AORUS PRO WIFI + 9700K

    [4K UHD BD not playable]

    EVGA H370 Stinger + 9700T / 9600K SRG11 (Update!)
    GIGABYTE GA-IMB310TN + 9700T / 9600K SRG11 (Update!)
    GIGABYTE Z390 I AORUS PRO WIFI + 9700T

[CPU steppings and UHD630 ID differences - I don't know whether it causes this problem or not]

I don’t want to continue using i5-8400T on EVGA H370 Stinger because i5-8400T doesn’t support TXT technology that makes TPM 2.0 module on the motherboard not work.
    Maybe I should buy a 9600K (P0 stepping) instead.

Just have a 9600K SRG11 (R0 stepping) for testing this issue.
Unfortunately, it HAS the Advanced Protected Audio/Video Path (GPU) issue.
So I believe it's a general problem of all R0 iGPUs.

As I said above, a 9600K SRELU (P0 stepping) is currently the best solution of this case.
But Intel ask me to ask motherboard manufacturer for further support about this.
So is there any probability EVGA side can help?
