Was wondering if precision shows the temperature for both cards?

    Yes but not at the same Time, you have to click each card.
    To see the Temps at the same time you can use GPUShark

    Yes, Use the Hardware monitoring

    So got my sli working with precision, but why is the top card showing actually the bottom one and vice versa? I wasn't sure at first until I manually turned up the fans on both cards individually and that is when I seen they are swapped on precision for some reason.
