First see if your house hold insurance policy covers damage of this type (hopefully with a very small deductible).

You could ask a local PC repair shop to see if the lightning permanently damaged the motherboard.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I don’t trust my local pc repair shop. Last time they were trying to scam me that my processor was dead when my 1st mobo was damage by bent pins. No, insurance bro. :(

You didn't mention which motherboard you have. Are you in the USA, Europe, or another country?

This would indicate a bad CPU, Mobo or PSU. Please see the FAQ in the link below. You may want to check if the power supply posts with the paper clip test as well. Please see the second FAQ below. If the PSU looks to be fine, the motherboard or CPU would need to swapped out for further testing in order to verify what has failed.

take MB out of case & inspect for Any sign of damage

place MB on Non-conductive surface & try to BOOT to BIOS

outside of case, eliminates many possibilities including any of the cases components & possible shorts
