Adjustment range really isn't important. The maximuim allowed wattage at 112% is much more important. One card could allow more than another card at the same 112% depending on how the vbios is setup, so just because your card can only goto 112% doesn't really mean anything. One card that allows 112% as the maximum vs another that allows 120% could end up being the same maximum wattage in the end.

Yes I know that in the end the wattage is important my point is I seem to be getting less control than even the founders addition cards which are 215W tdp (the XC ultra is also 215W) and these foudners cards let you adjust hte tdp by +20% (up to 258W) while my card old lets me max it at 112% (up to 240.8W)

I'm going to take a wild guess that you'll get a 130% bios in the next month or so, similar to the 2080 and Ti.
