DG-76 DG Tunner not finding a usb device

Hi all having this issue on my brothers build dg tunner was working and as off yesterday it won't open with the error saying cant find usb device, tried rolling back to version 1.06 and its still the same, windows build is 1903 anybody got any ideas on how to fix it 

EVGA Z270 Classified K, Intel core i7 7700k , EVGA CLC 280 AIO, 16GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB @3200MHz, 250GB Samsung Evo SSD, Samsung Evo 840 250 SSD, 1TB WD Caviar Green

    Did it stop working when Win 1903 was loaded ?
     
    Device Manager have any info ?

    I got it fixed unpluged the USB cable on the motherboard and powered the system down, rebooted system, powered system down pluged the usb cable back into the motherboard 
    Device manager was showing an error on a usb device and was saying that the best drivers were installed for it.

    not the front ports just plugged the headset into the rear port on the motherboard will have another play around with it when I get home from work today

    sorry XrayMan yeah got this one working thought this was the post about the sound issues on the DG-87 case (just woken up at 4am for work when I replied to this)
