Got the card back today. How do I tell if I got a replacement? My RMA has no details and the card I received has plugs on all the ports so I wonder if they just sent back my card.

A different card would have a different serial number. Check your "My Products" page for the last cards serial number. Compare it to the new number.

There is no new serial number. There’s no info at all as to what they did or what was wrong.

I’ll see if I can find a new one. I revived my original box back so it still has that serial on it, I’ll see if I can find a new one.

On the RMA page the serial number part is just blank.

The fact I got all my plugs back makes me suspicious. I really hope I didn’t just get back my defective card.

There should be a sticker on the rear of the video card

It’s the same (Deleted for Foul Language)ing card. (Deleted for Foul Language) they returned my defective card with no word as to why. (Deleted for Foul Language)

They claim it works perfectly fine, couldn’t reproduce the issues.

Have a new MB coming this week, we’ll see how it’s works in that. If not i better not have to pay for shipping again. Just total (Deleted for Foul Language). Last EVGA product I’ll ever buy
