I bought a graphics card (EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC) in your store.I bought a video card from you through the service ( uploaded in the photo invoice sheet ) of an intermediary who delivers parcels to Russia because you cannot buy a video card from you while in Russia.
I always played in 1080p resolution, I didn't have any problems. Recently I wanted to buy a monitor with a resolution of 3840 ? 2160, but before that I tested the graphics card and found the problem. On the monitor appear purple flash, broken pixels, there is a departure of games and applications, the image disappears, the computer restarts. I was able to shoot problems with the video card and posted on your YouTube channel. Videos are not public, it is hidden.

I do not think that this is due to overheating of the video card, as I tested my friend's card on the same parameters and did not experience any problems. I think the problem is video memory. I also lowered the video memory and video processor frequencies, which gave small results, but the card is not working.
