I'm using two seperate pcie cable.
This problem solved now there's another thing.
The left fan spin by it self the two other not spining only the left one.he's spining on idle not in game or something

Are you setting the Fans in PX1?
The Fans only come on when the Temperatures hit a high point.
 
Set them to say 40% and then at 60% and see how it goes. 

The temp.are ok.when i turn on my computer he gets to windows and then the left fan only the left one spins ar 600 rpm.
On px1 all temp. Of all the sensors are ok about 35-38 c°
