No clue as to what's up with this.
 
Tried different drivers, game and studio.
 
Currently on 461.
 
CPU is i7/8700, 16GB RAM, Win10.
 
Card temp stable at 57C.
 
Thoughts?

    I'm assuming it's a 60hz screen.  Is there an issue during game play?  If not, that means all the GPU needs is 96% load to complete it's job on what it's rendering via game.  It could be the game that isn't too demanding or just because you're on 1080p/60hz and that's all that is needed.  Other than that, everything looks fine.

    It happens the same with me, i9 9900k@5ghz, ram 4000c18, Dell S2716DG monitor 2560x1440, GPU usage usually gets at 96% only seen at 99% when using superposition at 8k optimized. 11G-P4-2281-KR.
