GTX 1080 Ti SC2 , random black screen

Last few months when playing games or watching movies, local player or online. 
I get a black screen, audio still runs. Computer crashes 10-15 sec later need to reboot.
Even more, rarely will stutter right before get a blank screen
 
I changed/upgraded the PSU 
Reinstalled Driver ( clean install)
 
I have been unable to see a pattern or even recreate the crashes. 
Looking for help, determine pinpointing the problem and/or fixing it

    Any overclocks on your cpu & ram? Does the black screen occur over all the outputs on the back of the gpu? Does the black screen occur in multiple pci-e slots on the motherboard? Does the black screen occur over multiple drivers?

    Originally, CPU was overclocked, back to stock, though it was because of that. 
    Tried different output of VD, even changed the cable ( using Displayport) 
    Same problem multiple drivers. 
    Will try other pci-e slots
