Is it worth enabling? I switched it once since I got the PSU back in Feb. No issues. Today my PC crashed and rebooted for no reason. Not sure if it was power related. In CPU HWMonitor, the +3.3v seems to drop to +3.296v. Is this normal? Here is what I see. Also would switching off eco mode be a better option in general? I know the fan will keep spinning and never stop, as it does with eco mode on. Thanks.

Eco mode should only be spinning the fan when the PSU needs cooling. So having eco mode on should help reduce the build up of dust in the PSU as the fan is only pulling in air when needed which could make the PSU last longer. At 1000W it really depends on how often you are close to full load as to if it would even ever need to have the fan spin to cool off.
That said if it's crashing with it switched on and switching it off makes the system stable I think it's an easy question to answer as to what is better. I just can't see why it would crash with it on or off.

I'll try it off too. Is there a software available allowing me to see info on the PSU? I have no idea on how much load the PSU is having.

The PC restarted again while it's on eco mode. Checked event viewer and saw this: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Nothing. This crash has been going on since last night. It happens randomly. I'll be playing a game on steam, some hunting game, and the PC just reboots randomly. This time I was playing ARK, and it did it too. I did buy 32gb of ram maybe 2 weeks ago, I doubt it's that giving problems otherwise it would of done it much sooner. I'll check the BIOS and restore it to default. I am using the XMP profile for my ram. That okay? Also, I just switched out a old power bar that I have been using for years. Lets see if that was the issue.

Best to set the RAM manually in BIOS as XMP can cause instability sometimes the Voltage & timing should be on the RAM factory sticker You can try this: WhoCrashed Power down & pull the plug & check All connections & drives in your PC - something may have been bumped when installing the new RAM If the power to the PC is not stable that could cause issues  See any lights flickering or the issue only happens when the fridge, A/C or Microwave comes on ?

I disabled XMP and entered the ram settings manually. I've always did it manually... I just figured to try out XMP for the first time. There was no issues with my 16GB 3000mhz ram... this 32GB 3200mhz might be a bit touchy lol.
