You can use this EVGA PSU calculator to see if it is enough. https://www.evga.com/power-meter/
I think thy give a discount code to for using it. I would say yes off the top of my head.

Yes if you don't go the XOC extreme OCing route on the KPE.

Expect the motherboard to take around 100W, the 9900KF to take around 350W, and the 2080 Ti Kingpin to take up to 525W. Under a worst case scenario, yes it will be enough. However more voltage doesn't always yield more performance, so unless you are using liquid nitrogen, these are values that should be reachable on ambient temps. If you are using sub ambient cooling, I would recommend you to go for a 1200 P2 or even a full fledged 1600 P2. In addition, I could also recommend using dual PSUs for the sake of slightly better voltage stability since it actually could make a difference for you. If you opt to use dual PSUs, the 1000W should be more than fine for the motherboard+CPU, just use a 750W for the GPU. Happy overclocking!

Yes most definitely. I bet you want 5ghz don't you? I have a PC Power and Cooling 1200 watt PSU . I got to 5ghz on mine with using 1.325v and just watercooling with 240mm radiator and water block. I am using my spare 2080Ti FTW Ultra card with it. This is my spare computer and the main in my sig.

Thanks All, I have a backup or an older 1300 G2 I will test with if the 1000 G3 is not enough.

That should be enough but personally if it were me in your situation I would go for a beefier PSU.
