Last resort options would be to try the windows 10 installer, or to just migrate all your data over to the new drive.

i search like u tell me for 
Microsoft Hotfix for Installing Windows 7 on NVMe

and 10x that was helpful i now see the adapter ssd 970 in the menu of install windows 7
but after installl the windows on the 970 evo after restarting 1 install when he boot again i see error :

hey i verry happy i install windows 10 pro and the adapter work verrry good and i install windows  10 on 970 evo without any problems and the 970 test hase full speed 10x for u that was verry helpfull

Congrats on the Win 10 install

Yes, Win 10 is Much easier to deal with as the needed drivers are in the OS, Win 7 is a challenge to make M.2 Bootable
