Windows isn't recognizing the Bluetooth module of the wireless adapter in the M.2 Key-E slot.  The device shows up under the USB drivers as an "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)."  Oddly enough, the WiFi adapter portion shows up just fine in the Network adapter drivers.  After one restart, the Bluetooth showed up, but it's now gone again.  No idea how it happened, and can't reproduce it.  Uninstalling the device doesn't do anything, just shows up again as an unknown device.  Bluetooth drivers don't appear in the list when I pick from a list of drivers.  Any suggestions on how to get the Bluetooth to be consistently recognized?

    Hello,
     
    If you are on Windows 1903, i actually had a similar issue. Ended up having to uninstall the 1903 Update and then reinstalling it.
    See if that helps you. No issues with 1809 but when I updated i started running into issues with my bluetooth as well.

    No unfortunately not.  Sometimes it'll pop up after a restart.  No idea why.  Then it'll just right back to be unrecognized.  I just kind of forgot about it.  I don't really use bluetooth with my Desktop.

    It installed on my 1903 after I went through Device Manager and updated some of Drivers
    This was After I install the latest Chipset Drivers: Intel® Chipset Driver for Windows Version: 10.1.18019.8144 (Latest)
    The Drivers on the USB Drive are old for the most part.
