Finally updated my rig.  Stats are in signature.  I have 2 2TB Samsung V-NAND SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2.  Only one of them is recognized (drive C).  These were $500 each SSD's.  Darned if I want one wasted.

Mobo...EVGA Z390 Dark    CPU...I9 9900K . GPU...EVGA GTX 2080 Ti .  RAM...Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB 3200MHz    SSD...Samsung V-NAND SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2 2x2TB
PSU...Silverstone Strider 1500W   Case...CoolerMaster HAF   CPU waterblock...

    Not shown in BIOS or Disk Management (right-click Start button)?..Online?..Initialized?

    Make sure your bios is NOT in raid / RST mode.

    What is shown in the Bios for the NVMe Drive Info?

    Sorry for the delay in responding.  I got sick right after posting.  It showed in the BIOS and NVMe is enabled.  No RAID.  Disk manager found it and needed initializing.  Did that.  It now is online.  However it still does not show in "This PC".  Does it need to be partitioned?

    Sounds like you need to create a new volume and assign a drive letter to it.

    Yep..Assign a drive letter to it in Disk Management.
