It's not installing any drivers when Iplug it in, and it isn't even recognized in device manager. I've tried everything. Restarting, unplugging and plugging back in the USB 2.0 to different headers on my mobo, setting CPU fan speed to 100% in bios. What to do now? I know for sure the USB headers work because i'm able to plug in front panel USBs on to them. Whenever I try to open up Flow Control is says "Device not found" and CPUWB. I've never been able to launch it so I'm not able to change any of the RGB on the AIO.

Sounds like a bad usb cable or a bad clc all together. Call EVGA tech support they are awsome.

Windows 10 and I updated everything. Just now I went ahead and restored to before I installed anything and I was able to install the driver again by reinstalling Flow Control fresh, which ended up failing. It says the device isn't connected along with "Device Descriptor Request Failed."

Just for information I had this same issue, thought it may be bad unit or USB cable. The actual issue was my power supply after changing from 600W to 850W my computer detected the device finally and every things been fine since.
