my desktop computer won't boot with no signal to the monitor.  I noticed that the power supply fan was not spinning at startup.  Does this model have a feature that the fan spins only at a certain temperature or is the power supply faulty.

    Hello,
     
    Unfortunately, this PSU does not have ECO mode where the fan will spin up when it needs to. Did you get a chance to do the paperclip test that was linked by the previous tech?
