Power Supply RMA - "Preparing to ship product"

I sent my PSU under RMA and the status has been "Preparing to Ship Product" for about 10 days. Is this just a generic placeholder status or does this mean that my RMA has been actually been accepted and I'm getting a replacement?
 
Apologies if this is not the place to ask the question - I couldn't find a better mechanism to ask. The PSU was delievered and recieved very quickly but the process seems to have been stuck at this status for longer than it should have been.

    EU RMAs have been unable to process due to inventory count. They will resume after the inventory is completed. 

    Everything is security.
