Can I use a passive DisplayPort to DVI cable with an EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 XC Gaming card?
 
The monitor is an old Acer S201HL bd (1600x900) with VGA and DVI-D (Dual-Link) ports.

    Yes, that would be ideal as it's still a digital signal for both ports.
