    What is the reason they give for not giving the code? Did you buy directly from EVGA?

    So did you register your card and upload your copy of your invoice on the website? Once that's done you should be able to go to your products and the request code link should be available.

    I mean, if you have the invoice and email it to them, Im sure they'll work with you.

    How do I register my product after creating a EVGA.com account? and also see the Related Links at the bottom of the page.

    OP, the best and easiest way to tell is the part number. What is the last 4 numbers and two letters? XXXX-KR or XXXX-RX?

    Hello GarecaD! I looked up your registration information and it does not look like the graphics card was shipped directly from EVGA nor is there an invoice uploaded to your registration. Please keep in mind that for the Fortnite promotion we are only able to provide a promotional game code when the product is purchased directly from EVGA.com or EU.EVGA.com. As there is no order information for your serial number, it seems like it was purchased from a different retailer. You would need to check with that place of purchase as the game codes are only distributed through the participating retailer, not the manufacturer. I apologize if there was any confusion.
