Im Still having Quick Freeze Ups in BF5 I know some say its a MS 1809 update but I really don't believe that's the problem especially all other BF games work totally fine "BF4 BF1" , BF5 is a total disaster with quick freeze ups and im not the only one having this problem there is a ton of players with this issue, I know its not a EVGA problem but I think its definatly a RTX card problem with BF5 .

What NVIDIA Driver Version are you running?
Are you running BF5 with or without RT Enabled
If Disabled are you running in DX12 Mode or DX11 Mode?
BF4-BF1 does not support DX12RT an most likely why they are running OK.

I've been having these dips since I got this GPU.

    Here are the examples below.

1st GPU drop (GPU Meter Usage drops to around 0% before kicking back up again.)

2nd GPU drop  (GPU Meter Usage drops to around 0% before kicking back up again.)

    Idle after gaming session

I’ve tried all the DX11 turning of RTX and still have quick freeze ups , I’m running the latest game ready driver , before this 2080ti hydro I was running two 780ti’s in SLI flawlessly not one hiccup !
In BF1 and BF4 this 2080ti hydro card is KILLER I LOVE IT graphics and clarity are speechless !!and the same with BF5 except for the freeze ups in BF5 .

BF5 has the optimization of a salty chocolate surprise left by a raccoon on the roadside. I really doubt it has anything to do with your system itself.

Same thing what I had expect non Ti's.  I will try BF4 and BF1 as you did since I would love to see a demanding game at ultra settings and finally experience smooth sailing since I haven't yet since getting this GPU as it's pretty frustrating.

Do not use RT in BF5 on your RTX Card and see how well it runs also your RTX Card is meant to run DX12 RT not DX11 RT.
Mixing Different Graphics Cards nulls that what you are saying about BF1-BF4 on your older GTX 780Ti Cards, or am I now backwards.
What was does not apply between the Old and the New in other words.

Im running 430.86 driver and have switched back and forth from DX11 to DX12 and no difference still gets quick freeze ups, and I tried turning off RT
here is a quick video so you can see what happens, watch right after the multi kill you will see it freeze up for a split second https://youtu.be/U232d8NV15c

I would look at your overall computer as sound also stops.
Is BF5 Installed on an SSD SATA Drive or Standard SATA Drive?

That's a major frame stutter. Doesn't have anything to do with your card I wouldn't think. As I said before that game has horrible optimization. I'm glad I don't play it because I've read about similar issues from a myriad of users on the internet.

Don't know what settings you are using but some stuttering issues in the past were attributed to conflicting settings.

    Both vsync and gysync enabled.
    limiting ram to card only
    no future rendering
card power not set to max performance in nVidia Control panel global settings

    Other suggestions:
using monitor 144 hertz (if using 144 limit frame rate to 120)
using monitor 120 hertz use one-half frame rate ( since your fps is around 60 anyway you wont notice any quality difference but the card will work better )
increasing computer ram amount is better than less ram at high freq.
