Sorry about the title

I bought a GTX 1660 TI XC Ultra Gaming as a part of PC gift for my little brother couple of months ago. The card was dead on arrival. I sent it for RMA April  14th using DHL. The card was under hold by the German customs for 17 days (DHL mistake) EVGA received the card May 2nd and sent me a new one on the 13th. 11 days for just a replacement. Anyway, from the 13th until now I don't know were the card is. EVGA provided me with untraceable DHL tracking number. I even visited the local DHL branch and they said the number I have DOESN'T belong to them. I even tried the number on almost all the shipping companies websites and it doesn't work. I contacted EVGA support multiple times and always they sent the same answer. "The card is probably at customs and you just have to wait" How do you know where it is? Your tracking number doesn't work.

In 1 year I had to RMA 2 out of 3 EVGA cards I bought. The 1st RMA process was flawless. I know EVGA will always stand behind their products, And I would not mind the wait if this is my own card. Its just you put me in a really awkward situation with my little brother.

This is the RMA Number: 5411190412265600

This is the tracking number if anyone can help me find the card: UY700429916DE

The thing is the card is not at customs. The tracking number is untrackable. No one knows where the shipment is. Even DHL say the tracking number doesn't belong to them. I posted here because contacting them privately achieved nothing. It's been 24 days since they received the card. Not to mention they don't cover the shipping cost to them.

Getting angry wont help you get your card back faster. I suggest you contact them by phone.

    Hello,

The tracking number is from DHL however because the package is under 5kg they do not provide tracking information on it. I apologize for this inconvenience however we have no control over it.

    Everything is security.

Yet, when I sent the same package using DHL too I had a tracking number for it. Even sellers on eBay provide tracking numbers.

This just show how EVGA care about their customers.

It's been 25 days since you received the original card. If this complete a month I'm taking this to Reddit.

9 days for 3 day RMA, shipping without tracking number and almost a month (maybe more) to send a customer a replacement card for his "dead on arrival" card is not a good customer service.

Plus having to RMA 2 GPUs and 1 hybrid kit in less than year doesn't show a good quality control.

And how do you suggest eVGA handle shippers outside of their organization in such a manner to get it faster?

They don't own DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other shipper.

Nor do they control customs....once it's shipped, it's on the shipper UNTIL it lands in eVGA's warehouse/loading dock.

    You're blaming the wrong people.

    AMD Ryzen 7900x3d
    Deepcool LT720
Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX X670 (Might change..don't like this board)
eVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming (Hybrid kit on it)
Asus ROG Swift PG43UQ 4k Monitor
    eVGA 1600W Supernova T2 PSU

I'm blaming the people who optioned to ship it without any tracking method. I'm blaming the people who sold me 3 defects parts in less than a year.

I know most people here are EVGA fans. I was too.

From my 5 mins of google searching. Tracking numbers that start with U means it is Letter post. These are usually not trackable.
