Hi all - I have a 2080ti FTW 3 Hybrid, which comes with 2 fans - one on the card itself (to cool PWR) and one attached to the radiator.  There's also a PWM header on the card, so I added another fan to the Rad (in a push/pull config).  Seemingly every other time I boot into Windows 10 and PX1 loads at launch, I don't see the Fan attached to the PWM header.  I just see the "stock" fans.  Has anyone else encountered this, and if you have (and have resolved this), what did you do?

Or, do I just chalk this up to more incomplete and poorly tested software?  I think I know the answer - I just needed to ask for my own sanity.

Cheers!

Matt

Sounds like a software bug to me.

    Are you running 0.3.17.0?
If you have PX1 starting with the OS Turn this Off and restart your computer.
After you see the Desktop Right Click on the PX1 Shortcut and Select Run as administrator and see if you see the Fans.

You might need to do a PX1 Clean Up as well.

Thanks Bcavnaugh. I do have 3.17.0 starting with Win10, and I failed to mention it doesn't happen all of the time. Maybe once every 8-10 startups. For example, it happened tonight, and I had to stop and restart PX1 6 times before all 3 fans showed up.

    Weird stuff indeed.

Do you turn off your computer or put it to sleep?
I find PX1 works best when it is not started with the OS.

Did you ever have PXOC installed?
